Migrated users from CommuniGate mail server to Exchange mail server and integrated into Microsoft Sharepoint. Setup domain across Cisco VPN concentrator to all other company locations. Implemented Symantec AV Server Domain wide and also Symantec Mail Security for Exchange saving company $500/month on outsourced AV/Spam control. Implemented FaceTime IM Auditor to track sensitive conversations over AIM, Yahoo!, MSN, and Jabber protocols. Implemented Nessus Security scans from outside network weekly to ensure Visa/Mastercard acceptance. Unix Shell scripting to create Employee Directory server for easy search of employee extensions. Migrated sister office to Windows 2003 AD Domain to increase productivity and add AV. Implemented Tape Backup system using StorageTek tape library and created enterprise level DR plan. Implemented ticketing system for help desk department. Created test lab using VMWare ESX.
